Program description

Citex CMT Text Updates is a text-messaging program run by Citex CMT, LLC, operating as Construction Materials Testing. When you opt in, we may send you text messages about a quote or proposal request you submitted, scheduling and dispatch of testing or inspection work, and answers to questions you have asked us. This is a customer-care program; we do not send promotional or marketing texts under it.

How to opt in

You can opt in to text messages by:

  • Checking the “Text me updates” box on our proposal request form. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.
  • Texting us first at a Construction Materials Testing number, which starts a conversation about your request.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your request. Typically up to 8 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge for each text message sent and received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further text messages from this program unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major US carriers; message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network.

Privacy

Your mobile number and text-messaging opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may change these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated.
